Marge Meredith – Flavor Specialist

Marge and her family moved to Maryville about 8 years ago, dropping out of life in the fast lane in the suburbs of Washington DC to turn on to the beauty of the Great Smokies and life in a more family friendly environment. A long time lover of coffee, Marge discovered Vienna Coffee while visiting churches to attend in her new hometown. Settling at New Providence Presbyterian, where Vienna is the “house” coffee, she knew she had found her all time favorite! When John Clark started discussing his vision of opening Vienna Coffee House, Marge was excited about the possibility of being a part of it. The rest as they say is history, and Marge finds herself coming “out of retirement” to become the Vienna Coffee House team and loving every minute of it!

Interests: She still maintains her long standing Pampered Chef business, sings in the church choir, and is the Leader of her Daisy Girl Scout Troop. She has two kids still at home, and a daughter and son in law and three grandchildren who also live in Maryville.

Favorite Drink: Her favorite Coffee House Beverage is the House specialty – the Muddy Pond Mocha. . . or maybe just a good traditional cappuccino – on the dry side please.

Marc AtchleyMarc Atchley – Coffeehouse Owner-in-Training and most recently our dedicated Sales Representative

Marc is a Knoxville native who considers it a great privilege to have been born and raised in the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains. He has lived away and abroad including ten years in South Carolina and two years in Kenya (East Africa). Upon returning to the States, Marc and his family made Maryville their home and they love it. But they also feel called to return overseas to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with those who have not heard it. To this end, Vienna Coffee House is providing an opportunity for Marc to learn the coffee business so that he and his family can start their own coffee shop abroad…a place where they can build relationships and invest in the lives of others.

Interests: Throughout the year much of his off-time is spent engaging in sports with his four kids. He loves coaching soccer through Parks & Rec! In spare hours, Marc enjoys reading and watching movies.

Favorite Drink: Simple black coffee. Being able to sample all the Single Origin coffees that Vienna roasts and brews is awesome!
